Moran Mor Ignacio Aphrem II Karim (en siríaco, ܡܪܢ ܡܪܝ ܐܝܓܢܛܝܘܣ ܐܦܪܝܡ ܬܪܝܢܐ Moran Mor[y] Ignaṭius Afrem Trayono, en árabe, مار إغناطيوس أفرام الثاني Mār Iġnāṭīūs Afrām al-Ṯānī; nacido como Saʿid Karim, Qamishli, Siria, 3 de mayode 1965) es el actual Patriarca de la Iglesia ortodoxa siria. Fue arzobispo de la iglesia ortodoxa siria de Antioquía para los Estados Unidos, y sucedió al patriarca Ignacio Zakka I Iwas.
